The customer’s extended workbench
In case of unscheduled machine stops, we send our service technicians at short notice, in consultation with the customer, to carry out an inspection of the machine(s) concerned. On this basis, the customer will receive a detailed quotation and can thus coordinate the extent of repair with us. In some cases, it is advisable to send individual assemblies or, in the case of large-scale repairs, even the entire machine to our plant in Iserlohn, in order not to interfere unnecessarily with the customer’s internal workflows . Of course, we also offer this procedure for scheduled repairs.
