Inspections and Sorting machines
Since 1988, Dimac has been developing innovative solutions for the 100% inspection and sorting of fasteners and stamped or turned special parts.
With 30 employees and currently over 1000 systems installed worldwide, Dimac has all the know-how: research and development of hardware and software, solutions for surface inspection and parts measurement, production of mechanical, electrical and electronic solutions. Modular design and individually configurable and expandable.
The machines have a modular design and can be configured and upgraded as required.
- Optical inspections: Inspection of all dimensions, surface finish, internal threads and straightness of long shafts, contours.
- Eddy current inspections: High-speed testing for crack detection, microstructure testing to determine hardness classes after heat treatment and inspection of surface coatings. Dimac uses the latest eddy current technology for specific requirements.
- Laser inspection: Checking coating colors, checking internal threads and detecting contour deviations.
- Mechanical inspection using probes: Inspection of internal and external features on the head and shank.

Each Dimac machine can be customized to meet even the most demanding inspection requirements. The acceptance test with the customer is the final step before delivery. It is a rigorous technical test to confirm performance and compliance with project requirements and to ensure maximum productive reliability.

MCV glass turntable
Automatic high-speed inspection and sorting systems for maximum efficiency
The MCV5: This inspection and sorting machine with a 700 mm glass table is specially optimized for testing and sorting flat parts, bushings and non-hanging metal parts. It processes components with a diameter of 5 to 45 mm and a height of 1 to 30 mm.
The continuously operating machine impresses with its modular design, which allows flexible adaptation to different requirements. It can be equipped with various feeding systems and offers ? space for up to 6 individually configurable inspection stations to ensure 100% quality inspection.
The MCV6: This state-of-the-art inspection and sorting machine is equipped with a 900 mm glass table and is specially designed for the inspection of flat parts, bushings and non-hanging metal parts. It can precisely inspect and sort components with a diameter of 5 to 50 mm and a height of 1 to 45 mm. In continuous operation, the machine offers maximum flexibility thanks to its modular design. It can be equipped with various feeding systems and up to 12 inspection stations to meet individual requirements.
The inspection processes are controlled by the powerful Dimac MCVx 2.0 image processing software.
MCV Glass chute and belt system
MCV2 Fully automatic measuring and sorting system with V-glass rail up to 25 mm diameter x 80 mm length for optical dimensional inspections using high-resolution cameras and laser sensors as well as non-destructive material testing with eddy current.
MCV_belt
Fully automatic measuring and sorting system with conveyor belt up to 25 mm diameter x 65 mm length for optical dimensional inspections using high-resolution cameras. Applications: screws, studs, ball studs, bushes, shafts, threaded inserts, special parts manufactured by cold forming or turning.
SPC machines
Developed for direct use in the workshop, right next to the production machines
SPC-LAB – Desktop inspection system for SPC data acquisition and first part inspection system during the production process control or for incoming/outgoing goods inspection.
Equipped with a high-resolution digital camera for contactless dimensional inspection of pressed, turned and punched/bent parts in less than a second. Complex geometries and fast complete profile analysis with calculation of sigma, Cp and Cpk, graphical display of the Gaussian curve for each measured variable. Interface for Wifi data acquisition and connection to the company ERP system.
SPC-EVO Mobile semi-automatic desktop inspection system for SPC data acquisition and first part inspection system during the production process control. Equipped with two high-resolution digital cameras, bi-telecentric optics and special lighting for dimensional and surface inspections.
