Vertical elevators with vibrating Hopper or Lifting Floor
The Tecno Lift vertical conveyors / loaders with vibrating hopper are the most effective solution for feeding larger and longer blanks and contribute to the optimisation and automation of the production process. All machines designed and manufactured by Tecno Lift are fully tested before delivery to the end customer.
The vibration of the hopper ensures a continuous feed of blanks and supplies the vertical lifting system with the correct quantity of parts. The integrated sensor interrupts the vibration when the loading area is filled with the appropriate amount of parts, reducing the risk of malfunctions due to part jamming. This system limits operator involvement to refilling the vibratory hopper.
After receiving the fasteners, the conveyor lifts them to the required height and tilts them onto the counter-rotating rollers. A linear vibration system then distributes the fasteners in the feed guides, the distance and inclination of which can be adjusted depending on the dimensions of the fasteners. The feed guides are made of special steel with hardened channel surfaces to withstand the wear caused by constant contact with the fasteners. Excess blanks fall back into the storage hopper via an integrated chute and are fed back into the loading process without interrupting machine operation. The loading surface is coated to reduce noise and prevent damage to the transported parts.
The vertical elevating conveyors can also be equipped with control panels to adjust the hopper vibration intensity and conveyor speed to precisely match the feed rate to the requirements of the production process.

Vibrating Hoppers
The loading hoppers are vibration-controlled and able to deliver a constant number of pieces to the loading device. The loading system is controlled by a sensor that stops the vibration when the correct quantity of parts to be loaded is reached. The vibration is generated by a linear vibrating movement. The loading surface is coated to reduce noise and prevent damage to the transported parts. Five model types with different dimensions are available to match the required load capacity.

Lifting and tipping device
Lifting and tipping devices enable the parts in the containers to be lifted, tipped and unloaded towards a hopper or a machine. The containers are lifted and tipped automatically and in complete safety.
The machine has a stable structure and a compact design on a footprint that is slightly larger than the size of the containers to be handled. The lifting and tipping devices can be manufactured with different configurations in terms of automation, height and soundproofing. The containers can be positioned either by forklift truck or pallet truck, or an interface can be provided for loading with an automatic system.

The PORTER is a system that automates the loading cycle of parts to a vibratory bowl feeder or other feeding systems. It consists of a loading hopper and a lifting system with a fixed upright and a moving bucket. The loading hopper, always in combination with the Porter device, is made of steel and is lined on the inside with impact-resistant material. This system has the advantage that the parts are transported within the conveyor system without coming into contact with the mechanism that generates the movement of the porter. This solution avoids any possibility of jamming or failure. The correct functioning of the system is reliably controlled by the logic of the machine, which checks the presence of the parts and always guarantees the correct quantity of blanks or washers in the vibratory bowl feeder.

Belt Feeder
The conveyor belts are available with different coatings, depending on the type of parts to be transported. The conveyor belts are available in mesh, hinged belt with flights or plastic versions. They are equipped with a fixed hopper with an anti-jam system to facilitate the positioning of the parts on the conveyor belts without damaging them. The belt lifts the parts towards an unloading opening connected to the appliance to be loaded. The dimensions of the conveyors can be defined according to the customer’s needs and are customized in terms of hopper size and loading height.

Belt Conveyors
The conveyor belts are designed to transport all types of parts and according to the available dimensions. A range of coatings and/or mats are available to optimize fluid and parts management and ensure the recycling of oils with perfect discharge of parts without damage. The belts are also suitable for transporting scrap, swarf or other materials.
Instead of the standard discharge chute the exit of the conveyor belt can be designed as a manual bulk separator, double manual bulk separator, diverted discharge or double pneumatic bulk separator.

Sub-Batching Units
The Tecno Lift dosing units enable the automatic separation of the pieces produced by any machine into batches. The pieces are fed directly from the machine or via a conveyor belt that unloads them into the trays. Once a preset quantity has been reached, the batcher automatically switches to the next empty tray. In this way, the machine can work automatically without the operator having to be present while the trays are being filled. The batcher stops the machine when all the trays are full and the operator does not intervene. After checking the conformity of the last pieces in the last tray, the operator can empty the trays with a simple tilting movement. Our batchers are available with 6, 8 or 10 trays and are supplied as a stand-alone unit with a control cabinet. On request, the batchers can also be designed for the customer’s containers, e.g. KLT.
