THIEL Maschinen GmbH & Co. KG is dedicated to supporting existing and acquiring new customers in our areas of responsibility: Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, German-speaking Switzerland, the Netherlands and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
We are exclusively responsible for the distribution of all products from SACMA, INGRAMATIC, HS ASPE, TECNO LIFT, DIMAC and TECNO IMPIANTI.
In co-operation with our partners, we advise you in German on all technical enquiries, we support your project management during implementation and we look after you with our complete after-sales service. This also includes feasibility studies in tooling and peripheral devices.
Custom-fit spare parts direct from the manufacturer
Spare parts
We are exclusively responsible for supplying customers with original Sacma and Ingramatic spare parts in our area of responsibility. The mechanical spare parts are manufactured by the SACMA Group in Italy with FMS systems in series and directly to tolerance. This ensures a continuous supply of Sacma and Ingramatic original spare parts. All standard spare parts are supplied from stock at the Limbiate production plant in conjunction with the spare parts warehouse of Thiel Maschinen GmbH & Co. KG in Iserlohn.
Smooth production thanks to good maintenance
Repair and Maintenance
At the customer’s request, for example, annual visits are made to the customer’s plant to inspect the machines for optimum production conditions and, if necessary, to initiate the necessary steps at an early stage to prevent damage. Many of our customers rely on our support for their preventive maintenance.
The customer’s extended workbench
In the event of unplanned machine stoppages on Sacma and Ingramatic machines, we dispatch our service technicians at short notice and in consultation with the customer to carry out an inventory of the machine(s) concerned. On this basis, the customer receives a detailed quotation and can then agree the repair requirements with us. In some cases, it is advisable to send individual assemblies or, in the case of large-scale repairs, the machine to our factory in Iserlohn so as not to unnecessarily disrupt the customer’s internal processes. Of course, we also offer this procedure for planned repairs.

Well equipped for a competent and fast service
Our Services for you
On the 2000 square metres at our site in Iserlohn, we are well equipped with various machine tools, such as a CNC machining centre with a travel of x = 4000 mm and a maximum table load of 12,000 kg. We also have numerous lathes and various surface and cylindrical grinding machines. The 25 tonne and 50 tonne overhead cranes enable us to load and unload even large weights and to secure internal transport. This ensures that our employees receive the support they need at all times and that work steps can be prepared or carried out in parallel during ongoing repairs.
For the modernisation of your electronic components, we are able to carry out all the necessary work for Sacma and Ingramatic machines here in Iserlohn. From individual retrofits, such as the installation of frequency-regulated inverter controls or electronic handwheels for slow motion and Siemens updates from S5 to S7 controls, to a completely new control cabinet and internal machine rewiring. Our technicians are equipped with the necessary programmes, licences and corresponding support from the manufacturer.
Expert personnel for durable machines
Operator training
THIEL Service GmbH organises training courses for operators, electricians and maintenance personnel as part of machine pre-acceptance and final acceptance.
We also offer on-site technical support in theory and practice in the area of ‘preventive maintenance’ and operator trainings.
In addition, we have our own 15 mm SACMA combined multi-stage press ready for more detailed instructions in our company, for example to refresh your operators on time-saving retooling or to clearly teach new employees how to use the machines optimally.

The qualification is regularly ISO-certified by AJA Registrars Germany.
